Return policy

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be registered through our return portal.

  • Items must be unused and in original, re-sellable condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Original shipping, customs, and import charges are non-refundable.
  • Store credits issued for returns are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Return costs

For accepted returns, a return shipping fee of £6 / €6 / 60 SEK (depending on your currency) will be deducted from your refund.

Free exchanges within the EU

We offer free exchanges within the EU for a different strength or model of equivalent value, provided the original item is unused and in original condition.

Exchanges must be registered through our return portal.

Returns – Prescription Glasses

Because prescription lenses are custom-made specifically for you, they are not eligible for a refund.

  • Prescription glasses can be returned for store credit if you’re not fully satisfied.
  • Store credit can be used on a future purchase at glaseyewear.com.
  • Returns are processed easily through our return portal.
  • Return using a QR code or a printable return label.

Prescription returns must be registered within 30 days of delivery and returned in original condition.

Returns for “2 for 1” promotions

If you wish to return only part of a “2 for 1” offer, no refund will be issued. To receive a refund, all items included in the promotion must be returned.
